Dressing made of soft fibers of calcium alginate. When in contact with the secretions emerging from the wound, the dressing fibers transform into a moist gel, creating a microclimate favorable to the healing process. The dressing quickly absorbs secretions and microorganisms contained in them, enclosing them in a gel structure - so it is also suitable for infected wounds. It can be tamponed easily. In the case of deep and fissure wounds, it adheres perfectly to the treated surface. Provides very effective cleansing. It does not stick to the wound, dressing changes are painless. The dressing is available in the form of a compress of various sizes and in the form of a tape tamponade.
Application:
- for treating wounds, both acute and chronic, also
