NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract.
In accordance with Article. in addition, the commission considers that the measure is compatible with the internal market. if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days. Any Customer who is a consumer shall have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. This right may be exercised within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier.
The right of withdrawal shall not be exercised by the Client in respect of the contracts referred to in Article 1 (2). 38 of the consumer rights act, among others. in the following cases:
- Supplies of services, where the trader has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who has been informed before the start of the supply that he will lose the right of withdrawal after the performance of the service;
- Transactions in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur before the deadline for withdrawal;
- A certificate relating to a non-prefabricated article manufactured to the consumer's specifications or to meet his individual needs;
- Certificates relating to articles which are perishable or have a short shelf life;
- A certificate relating to an item supplied in a sealed package which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the package has been opened after delivery;
- Benefits in respect of goods which, on delivery, by reason of their nature, are inseparably connected with other goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a statement sent by post or electronically to the addresses indicated. To make a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, you can use the model form provided by us in Annex 1 to the Online Store Rules. The use of the model form is optional and does not affect the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
In order to comply with the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal before the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal:
After withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded. The consumer shall be released from all obligations. Both parties are obliged to reimburse each other's benefits unchanged if the change was necessary within the framework of the ordinary management. Refunds should be made without delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We will refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by our Shop).
The online store may withhold payment until the goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods to the address provided no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is maintained if you return the item within 14 days.
Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
