The YESON YS Series 22L autoclave is a European Class B device designed for safe and effective sterilization of medical instruments. This model has been developed for dental and medical practices where larger chamber capacity, process repeatability, and compliance with applicable standards are essential.
The YS Series includes capacity variants of 8, 12, 18, and 22 liters, allowing precise selection of the autoclave according to workload and the actual needs of the facility.
Functionality supporting daily workflow
The YESON YS Series autoclave enables sterilization of wrapped and unwrapped instruments, as well as materials such as cotton. Five preset operating programs and the option to adjust sterilization time allow flexible cycle configuration depending on the type of load and procedure.
The temperature maintenance function until the next cycle supports smooth workflow and reduces device preparation time between consecutive processes.
User safety and process control
A stainless steel chamber, safety valve, and bacteriological filter increase process stability and user protection. The built-in thermal printer enables proper documentation of sterilization cycles in accordance with sanitary inspection requirements.
The autoclave is equipped with test programs including the Bowie & Dick Test, Helix Test, and Vacuum Test, allowing continuous verification of correct device operation.
