- Namrol Vacuform – a heater with a cooling system is a compact, all-in-one device designed for thermoforming orthopaedic insoles in orthopaedic and podiatry clinics.
- The Maxpress vacuum system, based on a maintenance-free, high-performance pump, ensures an optimal level of negative pressure, enables simultaneous vacuum generation in the upper chamber and at the external outlets, and allows the orthosis to be modelled directly on the patient's foot.
- The device has two rear vacuum outlets for connecting impression pads or other accessories from the Namrol range.
- The heating plate is made of titanium-reinforced aluminium with a non-stick Teflon coating, with working dimensions of 360 × 270 mm, allowing it to work with insoles up to size 52.
- Multi-point heating ensures rapid heating and even temperature distribution for repeatable thermoforming results.
- The digital control panel with LCD display allows for individual temperature adjustment, heating time setting, vacuum level control, and the storage and configuration of 8 operating programmes.
- The optional V-TWIN Cooling Kit speeds up the cooling process of the insert, reducing cooling time by up to 50%, which increases productivity in the office.
- The pressure plate with a high-strengthsilicone membrane and the Unifix locking system without the need for additional fasteners ensure ergonomics and safety of use.
- The optional foot control allows for controlled vacuum and hands-free operation.
- Application: thermoforming of orthopaedic insoles, joining and adaptation of materials, and modelling of orthoses directly on the patient's foot.
